Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to price and schedule your job, and we don't sell it. This page explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
When you text, call, chat or use the quote form, we receive your name, phone number, email if you give it, your address or ZIP code, a description of the items, and any photos you send. The website also records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.
How we use it
To price your job, schedule and perform the pickup, and follow up about your request. We may text you about your job; we don't send marketing texts. Chat conversations may be processed by an AI assistant to collect your request details before a person replies.
Photos
Photos you send by text stay on our phones and messaging accounts. Photos uploaded through the form or chat are stored on our hosting provider's file storage and deleted after the job is complete or within 90 days, whichever is sooner. We never publish customer photos without written permission.
Sharing
We share information only with the services that make the site and business run: our hosting provider, email and SMS delivery providers, and the AI service that powers the chat assistant. None of them may use your information for their own purposes. We don't sell or rent personal information.
Your choices
Text STOP to end text messages from us at any time. To see or delete the information we hold about you, email junkitlosangeles@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; the same email address handles those requests.
Changes
We'll post any changes here with a new effective date.
